- Ingrown hairs occur when hair grows back into the skin instead of out of it. To prevent them, it's important to exfoliate regularly and shave with the grain of the hair in areas where you are particularly prone.
- Don't pick or squeeze ingrown hairs, and apply a warm compress to reduce inflammation. Use a gentle exfoliating product to help release the trapped hair.
- Consider using a topical cream or gel that contains salicylic acid or glycolic acid.
Remember, ingrown hairs are treatable, so with some extra care and attention, you can keep your skin looking and feeling smooth and healthy.
Razor burn is a common skin irritation post shaving. It can be caused by several factors, including:
- Using a dull or old razor blade - a dull blade can pull at the skin instead of cutting the hairs cleanly, which can lead to skin irritation.
- Dry shaving - Shaving without any lubrication or using an insufficient amount of shaving cream or gel can cause friction between the razor and the skin
- Using too much force can cause skin irritation and razor burn. Reset Razor helps reduce this, as it requires barely any downward pressure to use.
- Having sensitive skin - if you have sensitive skin you may be more prone to razor burn and other skin irritations. Shaving against the direction of hair growth can cause the razor to pull at the hairs and irritate the skin.

With the first order you will receive your first pack of blade refills, then they are shipped to you every 6 weeks.
Based on your shaving needs, you can receive blade refills: 3 or 6 blades every 3 weeks, 3 or 6 blades every 6 weeks, or 3 blades every 3 months. You choose depending on your hair thickness and shaving frequency.
Yes! You have the flexibility to adjust your delivery schedule at any time before billing to suit your preferences.
Cancelling your blade subscription is simple. We don't require you to have an account to create a subscription, but to cancel a subscription, tap the account icon at the top of the website and create an account using the email you started your subscription with.
When you sign in to this account, you'll see a 'Manage Subscription' button. Your active subscriptions will be displayed here. You can then cancel the subscription from this menu, and then delete your account aftwerward if you wish.

No. We specifically created it to be rinse free. The unique formulation leaves no sticky residue, and can be rubbed in as a moisturiser !

If your order contains only a Base or only Refills, it will be packed and sent in a letter-style envelope. These shipments do not include tracking, so you won’t receive a tracking number or tracking updates.
